Morenci & Royston Cabochon

Mixing Turquoise from various mines is more common nowadays than in the past. As we run through the huge harvest of the Seventies, jewelers are delighted to fine good quality natural no matter the source.

The triangular cab at left is Snowflake Morenci, features mineralized quartz matrix. The other two are Royston sisters, the square one has natural boulder rock backing. Great lapidary.
